Foneng — 7‑Day Satisfaction Assurance & Warranty Policy
At Foneng, we stand behind every Taar product! Below is our new, updated return, exchange, and warranty policy designed for maximum transparency and customer convenience

7‑Day “Satisfaction First” Trial
All Foneng purchases enjoy a 7‑Day Satisfaction First Trial. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order — or if the product arrives damaged — you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
Upon approval and receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund equal to the product price only (original shipping fees are non‑refundable). Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days.
⚠️ Eligibility:
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and manuals intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Damaged / Defective Product
Although every Foneng product is quality‑checked twice before dispatch, transit damage can happen.
If you receive a damaged or non‑functional product:

Within 48 hours of delivery, email customercare@fonengpk.com with:
• Your Order Number
• 3+ clear photos (product, packaging, and damage) -
Our Support Team will verify the claim and issue a FREE REPLACEMENT.
- We cover ALL shipping costs (return & outbound).
- The replacement ships immediately after we receive the damaged unit.
No refund is needed — you get a brand‑new product at no extra charge!
3. Exchange Policy
A. Exchange for a Damaged/Defective Item
→ Covered 100% by Foneng (see Section 2). No action required from you beyond notifying us.
B. Exchange for an Undamaged but Unwanted Item
You may exchange an unwanted (perfectly intact) product within the 7‑Day
Trial for any other item on our website (same or different product).
Conditions:
- Customer bears both inbound and outbound shipping charges.
- The original product must be returned in new, resalable condition (as per Section 1).

Value Difference Handling:
• If the new product costs MORE – you pay the difference (plus shipping).
• If the new product costs LESS – we refund the difference (minus shipping fees).
📌 Only ONE exchange per original order is permitted.
4. Product Warranty
All Taar products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. Warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, water exposure (unless the product is rated waterproof), misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
Warranty periods differ by product line (counted from the delivery date)

How to Claim Warranty
Email customercare@fonengpk.com
with:
- Order receipt
- Description of the defect
- Photos/video showing the issue
Our support team will guide you through the free repair or replacement process — we cover all shipping costs for warranty claims.
5. Custom Cable Returns
Custom‑made cables are produced exclusively for you.
- Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind.
- Only if the custom cable arrives non‑functional may you request a free replacement (follow Section 2 steps).
A functional custom cable cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Situations Where NO Refund/Exchange Will Be Issued
We cannot process refunds or exchanges if:
- The 7‑day trial period has expired.
- The product shows signs of wear, use, or customer‑inflicted damage.
- The customer violates our Terms of Service.
- Return package is incomplete (missing parts, broken packaging, or missing tags).
- False/dummy photos are submitted for a damage claim.
